Last week we held our Visum modeling training, the first training of our transport modeling trainings! The training was given by Mr. Shaleen Srivastava with the support of our local modelling team from Parabol. The training introduced the team of IMM to the basics of PTV Visum, a leading transport planning software, ensuring that they could utilize its functionalities effectively in their projects. In this training program, the team of IMM gained comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in transport modeling and policy analysis. The training guided them through the process of running a transport model, including setting it up, inputting data, calibrating the model, and interpreting results. Furthermore, by the end of the training, you were equipped with the essential tools and knowledge to confidently tackle transport modeling tasks and contribute to the development of effective transport policies.
