The 3-day training on “Project Management and Evaluation” given by our expert Rob de Leeuw van Weenen from Panteia was held with the participation and contributions of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality team experts.
Day 1 of the training covered the principles of project management, including planning, risk, quality and cost control. Day 2 introduced Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA), focusing on identifying costs and benefits, financial metrics and a practical exercise. On the last day of the training, advanced FMA principles, monetisation of impacts, grant applications in FMA were followed. The Project Management and Evaluation Training was concluded with a final exercise and Q&A session that provided participants with comprehensive project management and FMA skills.
