Hane halk\u0131 anket sonucuna g\u00f6re Bal\u00e7ova ve Narl\u0131dere il\u00e7elerinde \u00f6zel ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131 oranlar\u0131n\u0131n kent b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu tespit edildi. Bu oran Bal\u00e7ova\u2019da y\u00fczde 46,7, Narl\u0131dere\u2019de ise y\u00fczde 58,3 olarak belirlendi. Ula\u015f\u0131m Ana Plan\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda yap\u0131lan talep tahmin modelinde hatt\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ve etkileri test edildi. Analizlere g\u00f6re, Fahrettin Altay &#8211; Narl\u0131dere aras\u0131ndaki metro hatt\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fletmeye a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 ile kent b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u00f6zel ara\u00e7la yap\u0131lan g\u00fcnl\u00fck yakla\u015f\u0131k 13 bin 500 yolculu\u011fun toplu ta\u015f\u0131maya kayaca\u011f\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece trafikteki yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 bin 750 arac\u0131n olu\u015fturdu\u011fu g\u00fcnl\u00fck trafik y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fcn azalaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Trafikteki bu rahatlama b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda Narl\u0131dere ve Bal\u00e7ova\u2019da g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi gibi kent b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcndeki trafik \u00fczerinde de etkili olacak. Altay-Narl\u0131dere Kaymakaml\u0131k Aras\u0131 Yap\u0131m \u0130\u015fi; 4 Haziran 2018\u2019de, 252 milyon Euro s\u00f6zle\u015fme bedeli ile y\u00fcklenici firmaya teslim edildi.\u00a0 Bu bedel, ke\u015fif art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ile 285 milyon Euro\u2019yu buldu. Hatt\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131yla birlikte \u0130zmir\u2019in kuzeyindeki Bornova il\u00e7esi ile g\u00fcneyindeki Narl\u0131dere il\u00e7esi aras\u0131nda toplam 27 kilometrelik kesintisiz rayl\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m hizmeti sa\u011flanacak. \u0130zmirliler, g\u00fcvenli, konforlu, \u00e7evreci ve ekonomik rayl\u0131 ula\u015f\u0131m olana\u011f\u0131na kavu\u015facak; ayr\u0131ca vakitten kazanacak.
